Sensational newer beach home on Saint George Island with panoramic ocean views from every single room the in the house, convenient & easy beach access (very short walk to beach, approx. 90 second walk), and private heated pool with spa! It contains many luxury upgrades including private elevator, granite countertops, marble and carpet floors, cathedral ceilings, and much more. The home is situated on the east side of the island where there are scenic sand dunes, and has the feel of a large luxury penthouse, with this very tall structure. This is a very fun house!

Every bedroom has its own separate private bathroom, TV, deck access, and an ocean view! There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths total. The main master suite is located on its own separate level, four stories high, with king bed. A second master with king bed is located on the third floor, also separate from other bedrooms. This layout works great for groups as the bedrooms are split onto three separate levels of the home, providing additional privacy.

The Beach Palace has three levels of decks for your enjoyment! The decks are covered, uncovered, and also screened-in with paddle fans, which allows for sun bathing, casual relaxing, and outdoor dining. The wrap around deck on the side of the house also overlooks the pool area. The island bike path runs nearby the front of the house and it is interesting to watch the many passers-by during the day. All activities are very close (including nearby seafood restaurants, water sports, fishing pier, moped rentals, state park, and so forth). Weekly bike rentals & beach chair/umbrella rentals are readily available through local island shops.

The private pool area is heated and also has a spa with overflow waterfall. The barbeque grill makes it especially appealing for outdoor parties and cookouts! Also featured outside is an outdoor bathroom, shower, fish cleaning area, and a covered / semi-enclosed parking area.

Activities (on site or nearby): St. George Island is 4 mi. off the Florida coast and is accessible by car. Sand dunes, long white sandy beaches, and seashells are common on this uncommon island. It is a beautiful, upscale community reminiscent of the "old Florida" with no condos, traffic lights, or crowds. A good portion of the island is a protected State Park. Activities include swimming, boating, water sports, fishing, wildlife viewing, bike rentals, lighthouse museum & great seafood restaurants! Golf is within a short drive The East end of the Island contains the award winning St. George Island State Park. Here you can enjoy kayaking, hiking, or sunbathing in a pristine undisturbed setting. The Island and nearby Apalachicola offer old town charm, shopping and plenty of world famous Apalachicola Oysters and seafood.
