Stunning views surround this property -- because this property is situated on the most narrow part of the entire island, from the front two decks you can view the ocean and from the two rear decks you have a panoramic view of the bay! Also, from the side of the house you can also see the state park beaches go on for miles!

Beach access is terrific! The beach boardwalk is just steps away from this property across the private cobblestone drive. This is the only house on Sunset Beach with a private pool. Community tennis courts are included. The state park is only 3 doors down the street and is within easy walking distance.

This five bedroom, four and a half bath home is ideal for large families or adult couples traveling together. The third floor of the home contains several very large living areas which are ideal for large groups to spread out. The fourth floor contains a loft with bunks and a sleeper sofa, optimal for young children or teens.

The pool area has a view of the bay and is especially great for outdoor parties and cookouts! A fish cleaning area and outdoor grill are included, as well as an outdoor rec room with ping pong table! The home also contains an 8 foot pool table, great for late night enjoyment! Complimentary high speed wireless internet is provided as well as a computer terminal for web surfing and e-mails!
