With 3 master suites, including a grand master suite with morning kitchen/sitting room; 2nd master suite has a whirlpool tub. Multiple TVs/DVDs/VCRs, stereo, gas fireplace, tile floors & carpeted bedrooms. Beach boardwalk access is right outside the front door across the cobblestone drive! Upon special request, elevator available to the physically challenged for a fee.

This home is located on the East End of the island next to the State Park in a prestigious gated subdivision offering brick paved streets and a sensational resort-style community pool (very short walk from home) and beachside tennis court! The home is located on a dead-end cul-se-sac with very little thru traffic and is kid-friendly.
The State Park offers miles of quiet, virtually uninhabited beaches only yards away from this property (one of the very last on the island). Just walk out to the beach and veer to the left and you will have miles of quiet, open beach with no homes at all for nice morning jogs, suntanning, or shelling! The island bicycle path also runs directly behind the property.
