The home contains over four thousand square feet of luxury indoor living with elevator, and is situated on a quiet 1/2 acre lot on the end of a cul-de-sac. Community tennis courts & bike paths.

This five bedroom, four and a half bath home has three separate masters, ideal for large families or adult couples traveling together. The homes' many levels allow children and adults to enjoy their own separate living areas. The main master suite is located on a separate level from the other bedrooms with screened deck, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.

The Mariner has over 1500 square feet of decking on three separate levels including wrap-around sun decks, covered decks, and screened-in porches with paddle fans, all designed to enjoy the wonderful sweeping ocean views. Activities (on site or nearby): St. George Island is 4 mi. off the Florida coast and is accessible by car. Sand dunes, long white sandy beaches, and seashells are common on this uncommon island. The Plantation is a beautiful, upscale community reminiscent of the "old Florida" with no condos, traffic lights, or crowds. A good portion of the island is a protected State Park. Activities include swimming, boating, water sports, fishing, wildlife viewing, bike rentals, & great seafood restaurants! The Plantation is an official bird sanctuary and there are many scenic bike paths. Tennis courts are available to Mariner guests, and golf is within a short drive. The East end of the Island contains the award winning St. George Island State Park. Here you can enjoy kayaking, hiking, or sunbathing in a pristine undisturbed setting. The Island and nearby Apalachicola offer old town charm, shopping and world famous Apalachicola Oysters and seafood.
